I am a NJ resident and homeowner in pre foreclosure and I noticed that the largest problem in this state is the property taxes being the highest in the nation along with auto insurance, the jobs here don’t pay enough to pay these outrageous costs, that’s if you can find a decent one. Walmart pays $8 an hr and lucky if you get 10 hrs a week. The cost of living in NJ is for the rich. I have tried to get help from the so called mortgage relief programs here in NJ as soon as I tell them my problem, they automatically tell me I’m not qualified after hearing my voice.
